Job Description: Background check and Drug Test required after confirmation Description:The job would be remote, but only because of covid. As covid restrictions are lifted, the job could be in Marysville Ohio or in Vancouver Washington (so we could recruit both to find the best candidate). For hours, its a first shift job, that would work with both east coast and west coast. So the 11 am EST - 5 PM EST is probably primary hours since that is where the overlap is. We are expecting it to be about 30 hours a week. General SummaryThis role has primary responsibility for data entry in SAP/PLM to support primarily R&D, but also other departments within the Global Quality and R&D Organizations. This role will enter product specifications of Finished Goods and their components into PLM. Key Work Performed1. Create, update, and route material specifications in PLM, specifically Packaging, Device components, and finished goods, using data from Suppliers and internal sources.2. Create DMS documents to support Specifications.3. Create and maintain strong working relationships with R&D and other GTO departments that drive a sense of trust and collaboration. ComplexityA. Most difficult or most complex task or project performed by the jobholder:a. Learning and understanding how to navigate efficiently through SAP, PLM, and DMS.b. Associates degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology or Computer Science preferred. B. Experience:a. 1-5 years experience in data entry field.b. Min. 1 year experience building Bill of Material (BOM) C. Knowledge:a. SAP experience preferredb. Proficient in Excel including ability to manage large spreadsheets. D. Skills and Abilities:a. Organized.b. Attention to detailc. Ability to clearly and concisely communicated.
