Data Entry Clerk Opportunity:

ONSITE, Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

Description:Under the direction of Treasury leadership, the Treasury Associate is responsible for performing daily treasury cash and accounting functions to support the business and our clients’ needs.

Perform deposits into appropriate accounts using remote scanners.

Setup or approve ACH refunds and payments

Positive Pay uploads or exceptions

Sort and prepare incoming checks for deposit

Reconcile and distribute returned and refund checks

Respond to emails from multiple group email boxes

Process stop pay and void requests

Reconcile and batch disbursements for printing

Print disbursements from various systems

Report key metrics of tasks performed

Month end closing and reporting

Reconcile multiple fiduciary bank accounts

Skills:Treasury, Microsoft Excel, Accounting, ReconciliationQualifications:

Strong excel skills

Open to entry level candidates (Associate's or Bachelor's in accounting or finance)

Also open to 1-3 years of treasury experience or experience as an accounting assistant

Experience with reconciliations are a plus
