Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk role in SPRINGFIELD TWP, Ohio, 43528-9296, United States. This role involves gathering and processing inventory information from various carriers. You will be working in an office environment, engaging with tasks that require data entry and handling inbound and outbound calls. Responsibilities: Conduct calls to carriers to gather inventory information on the account Collect and record service addresses, phone numbers associated with the accounts Document details such as internet speeds, circuit types, circuit IDs, and expiration dates Enter data accurately and efficiently into the system Maintain accurate customer records Resolve customer inquiries related to data entry and inventory information Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary Work closely with the team to assist with project completion Ensure all tasks are completed within the project timeline Adhere to company policies and procedures in all tasks. Requirements Proficiency in data entry tasks, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with colleagues and clients. Familiarity with office equipment, such as computers, fax machines, and scanners. Basic knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office). Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of concentration. Good organizational and multitasking abilities. High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification. Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage but not mandatory. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues independently. Basic understanding of databases and data management systems. Punctuality, reliability, and a strong work ethic are essential. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly. Familiarity with office procedures and basic accounting principles is beneficial. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools related to data entry.
