What you’ll do: The Operations Supervisor will have responsibilities for leading the daily operation of their department within the distribution center and creating an inclusive, positive, and fun working environment. Serves as the frontline connection between business success and customer experience through inclusive leadership of a non-exempt team while advocating Bath and Body Works values. Leverages understanding of the larger supply chain network to manage and drive departmental objectives.

Executes appropriate plans to achieve desired results in a timely manner.

Analyzes data and information to identify new opportunities for cost reduction and innovation; provides thoughtful recommendation & best practice solutions.

Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with the brand, cross-functional partners and key stakeholders across the logistics network.

Spends majority of workday on the floor coaching and developing diverse teams by providing feedback on performance which is timely, specific and accurate; focuses on strengths and development opportunities.

Consistently motivates, recognizes and rewards individual and team accomplishments.

Clarifies roles and responsibilities for each team member ensuring understanding and commitment to specific objectives and a collaborative work approach.

Supports compliance and performance improvement around Safety and Regulatory expectations.

Hours are M – 3pm – 11pm

QualificationsLeadership experience & proven record of success around developing talent in a high volume, customer focused environment.

Demonstrated interpersonal, organizational, and thinking skills.

Able to multi-task & manage conflicting priorities.

Ability to work with and influence associates at varying levels of responsibility and functional expertise.

Computer skills within Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to effectively learn new systems.

Degree or relevant work experience.
