Position Title: Desktop Support Analyst

Required Skills:

3+ years of experience in a Technical Support or Desktop role

In-person customer technical support background is required

Experience with PCs running Windows 10

Experience troubleshooting Office 365 issues

Experience with Active Directory and new user setup

Experience documenting user issues within a ticketing system

Must be able to work very well-independently

Ability to translate technical information into non-technical speak for non-technical users

Excellent customer service skills

Passion for learning new technologies and inquisitive nature

Desired Skills: Degree and/or IT certifications are a plus

Must have experience with basic Mac troubleshooting (MacBook Pro & Mac Pro Tower preferred)

Basic Jamf experience

Adobe and Cisco experience

Experience with deployments

Experience working in the retail industry

Description of Role/Responsibilities:

We are looking for an IT Desktop Support Professional to join a well-known, national organization. Ideal candidates will have an extensive background in customer service and be able to stay calm when dealing with upset, high-maintenance users. This person will be supporting approximately 100 end users and taking between 15-20 tickets per day. This is a chance to join a growing company and add several bullet points to your resume! You will be the go-to person and have the ability to work independently on a wide-range of technical issues Monday-Friday! The possibilities are endless with this position and company.
