Diner Owner-Operator Opportunity–40% Equity Track

We’re launching a brand-new modern diner in Brooklyn, OH, and seeking an experienced, hands-on operator to run the show and grow into a true ownership role.

This is not a typical GM position — it’s a partnership opportunity. The right candidate will lead daily operations, build the team, and help shape the concept while earning up to 40% equity over three years based on performance.

The Deal:

$5,000 capital investment (real skin in the game)

Salary + performance bonus

Earn up to 40% ownership over 3 years based on sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction metrics

Full operational control day-to-day, with support from ownership team

New build-out with strong backing and clear growth plan

Ideal Candidate:

5+ years experience as a GM, AGM, or Executive Chef

Proven ability to manage COGS, labor, and guest experience

Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for running a great restaurant
