$16 Direct Support Professional

Hi. We are a home health care agency that serves individuals with developmental disabilities. As former DSPs, we believe that paying our DSPs more money will make the job more attractive, and our staff will be happier and stay longer. Our goal is to reduce turnover and encourage everyone to work together.

Pay starts at $16 per hour. We offer United Healthcare medical plans, Vision and dental, Free $100k of life insurance, a 401k, paid time off, and paid holidays.

Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years of age

High school diploma or equivalent.

Must have valid driver's license and car insurance

Must be able to pass a BCI/ FBI background check. Some issues may be okay.

CPR and First Aid preferred – Med delegation preferred but will train

Flexible hours and pay every other Friday

Annual raises are built into our human resources system

$50 Referral bonus for people who mention you when they apply and stay three months
