Job Title: Private Club Bartender

Location: Downtown Cleveland at Playhousesquare

Employment Type: Part-time (must have availability Tuesday-Friday 4:00pm-11:00pm and Saturday/Sunday 11:00am-11:00pm)

Hours are part time and vary as needed.

Salary: $15.00 per hour plus tips

Are you passionate about mixology and delivering top-tier service? Do you thrive in an upscale, exclusive environment? We’re looking for an experienced Bartender to join our distinguished team, a private members-only club known for its refined ambiance and exceptional clientele.

What You’ll Do:

Prepare and serve a variety of classic and creative cocktails to club members and guests

Provide exceptional service, maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor at all times

Ensure that the bar is fully stocked and kept in pristine condition

Maintain knowledge of the club’s offerings, including special requests, and signature drinks

Assist with private events and custom drink experiences

What We’re Looking For:

Proven bartending experience, preferably in a high-end or private setting

Expert knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and wine

Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to engage with VIP clientele

Ability to work in a fast-paced, upscale environment while maintaining attention to detail

A polished, professional appearance

A flexible schedule, including nights and weekends

TIPS certification or similar alcohol service training (preferred)
