Obsessed with guest experience and operational excellence
Experienced in managing both Front and Back of House teams
Financially savvy, with a strong handle on restaurant economics, including:
Managing budgets, forecasting, and hitting sales/profit targets
Tracking labor, food, and beverage costs and key performance metrics (KPIs)
Overseeing ordering and inventory for food, drinks, and supplies
Reducing waste and driving cost efficiency
Not afraid to roll up your sleeves
Kind, firm, reliable, and fun to work with
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring a high standard of food service and customer satisfaction.
Train and manage staff, fostering a positive team environment and promoting effective communication.
Implement inventory control measures and manage food preparation processes.
Supervise kitchen management and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Conduct interviews and hire new team members as needed, while also providing ongoing staff development.
