We are currently seeking a senior level Microsoft Dynamics AX Developer for our client. This role requires quarterly (4 times a year) travel to Columbus, OHRole:

Top Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of X and C# (or similar) programming languages.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience developing with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 and Dynamics 365

    • GENERALRESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Maintain and enhance the company’s Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 code base, application, and infrastructure.
  • Work closely with partner to lead the company’s transition to Dynamics 365 ERP, including planning, development, testing and deployment.
  • Implement and maintain integrations with other systems using service-oriented architecture with microservices.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration between Dynamics (both AX 2012 and 365) and other systems and applications.
  • Design / collaborate on architecture proposals
  • Assist with assessments of new products
  • Cross-product/ business domain expertise
  • Strong communication skills with both technical and business team members
  • Established relationship building skills within and between teams
  • Completes developer responsibilities as needed

    • POSITION REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor’s degree in STEM, a business-related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Must be an excellent problem solver.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience developing with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 and Dynamics 365,
  • Strong knowledge of X and C# (or similar) programming languages.
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations is preferred.
  • Experience with both MS Team Foundation Server (TFS) and Git for Azure Dev Ops for version control.
  • Strong aptitude to learn new technical skills to support team products.
  • Very strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL, including being able to create and optimize stored procedures.
  • Proficient with Windows operating systems and Office tools.
  • Strong project management skills, specifically working with deadlines and estimating the duration of a task.
  • Strong soft skills, including experience in facilitation, diplomacy, and conflict resolution.
  • Must have a “can-do” attitude.
  • Is flexible to work outside of normal business hours.
  • Is a highly motivated, well-organized, self-starter desiring an opportunity to grow both technically and professionally.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with co-workers, supervisors, managers, sales representatives, and outside vendors
