- In-depth electrical engineering experience, typically acquired through a B.S. degree.
- In-depth electrical equipment maintenance.
- In-depth understanding of maintenance management, including preventative and predictive maintenance.
- Basic mechanical and hydraulic skills.
- Supervisory and leadership skills including team leadership abilities.
- Basic computer skills: data management and retrieval; word processing; spreadsheets, email and internet.
- Written and oral communication skills.
- Interpersonal skills: ability to relate to all types of people; demonstrated trust and integrity.
- Troubleshooting and organizational skills.
- Procurement/purchasing skills.
