Description:This role is with End User Computer Operations group supporting both Windows and Mac operating systems. The roles primary focus is on assisting with rolling out our Zero Trust strategy and a secondary focus on Windows incident management, task management, change management, and remediation efforts.Deployment/Remediation: Assist in deployment, remediation, and packaging of our ZeroTrust client as required by the project. End User Compute is the escalation point for anything that is deployment related along with assisting with testing and troubleshooting as needed.Incident Management: As we are the 3rd line of support paying attention to detail is important. This assists in lower mean time to repair and assisting other groups in advanced troubleshooting. A typical engineer has a solid understanding of both hardware and software that will aid them to resolve issues as they arise. Must also have a proven track record of meeting SLA’s and commitments set forth either personally or by the organization.Change Management: Must understand change management concepts and have worked in an ITIL work environment.Adherence to group and organization policies and procedures as it pertains to End User ComputingRequired Skills:

Windows 10/11 desktop administration.

Strong troubleshooting skills

Tanium (a plus)

Working knowledge of Microsoft End Point Configuration Management (MECM)

Viewing and reading log files from multiple tools

Performing remote administration

PowerShell experience

ServiceNow (a plus)
