One of our clients is looking for the position of
IT Consultant based on following skills: Ready to work onsite from client location in Hybrid role Two times/ week. Senior Level Technical Executive that works for the OAKS Program Team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Strategic Technical Architecture Planning and Design; Day-to-Day Infrastructure and Application Operations Oversight and Reporting; Technology-Focused Project Management Leadership; Software, Hardware and Cloud RFP Development and Procurement Support; SOC1 Audit Support; and Oversight of Internal and External Service Providers. Requirement Description:Short description on what they will be working on, objectives, and tasks/deliverables Technical Operations Management- Provide technical oversight of numerous service providers, vendors, administrative staff, contractors, and business partners to ensure optimal ERP (i.e., PeopleSoft FSCM, EPM, CRM, and HCM) system operations and performance.
- Ensure maintenance schedules are rigorously adhered to.
- Ensure that SLA’s and other performance metrics are met by our service providers.
- Act as the primary liaison with the State’s Security team(s).
- Consult on planned enhancements, architecture strategies, and approaches that drive ongoing performance improvements, audit compliance, and security compliance.
- Procurement Management
- Provide strategic direction and assist with hands-on development of RFPs, RFIs, and RFQ’s, and contract Change Requests for procurement of large-scale COTS software for administrative systems, and on-premise and/or cloud-based infrastructures.
- Project Management
- Develop technical work plans and estimates for planned projects (e.g. upgrades, expansion, new capability releases, etc.).
- Participate in new project acceptance and quality assurance reviews.
- Drive collaboration with our Managed Services Providers (MSP), key internal IT organizations, and other critical vendor partners for key technology projects.
- Work with business owners and users on projects by providing project management support and/or attending information exchange and touchpoint meetings with project teams.

- Former CIO or Technical Director
- Master’s Degree or advanced education.
- Certifications in ITIL, Oracle Technologies, Security, or other relevant advanced degrees.
