Enterprise Data architect

Job Title/Role Enterprise Data architect Job Location - Windsor, CT Job Description: We need Enterprise Architect with expertise in data lakes and modern data management platforms (cloud data lakes, Databricks, Snowflake, Azure Data Factory) and ETL/ELT domain Responsibilities:

• Enterprise Architect with 15+ years of experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent Master's Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years development experience, capable of designing and implementing complex and high performance solutions
• Experience in cloud platform design, development, and deployment including large scale upgrade and migration of application s to Azure and/or AWS
• Skilled leading and/or participating in system design and architectural activities including technical requirement writing experience and ability to lead collaboration sessions for important design reviews and decisions.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work in a remote team-based environment

• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to create clear visual representations of architecture, processes and concepts
• Experience with enterprise data lakes and modern data management platforms (cloud data lakes, Databricks, Snowflake, Azure Data Factory)
• Hands on experience in designing enterprise data pipelines
• Deep knowledge of ETL/ELT domain and hands on experience in at least one low-code ETL/ELT tool
• Understanding of data governance, data lineage, data quality, data stewardship, and data consumption models
• Understanding of structured and unstructured databases
• Understanding of data security
