In this role, you will be immersed in the planning, coordination, and execution of various events, ranging from corporate meetings to large-scale festivals. Salary Range: $45600- $55600 per year , based on experience.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the planning and execution of various events including corporate meetings, trade shows, and private parties.Coordinate with vendors, venues, and other stakeholders to ensure all aspects of events are covered.Help prepare event materials, including invitations, programs, and informational packets.Set up and break down event spaces, ensuring all equipment is in place and functioning as expected.Provide on-site support during events, assisting with registration, attendee inquiries, and logistical issues.Maintain a detailed event calendar and keep track of deadlines and deliverables.Compile post-event reports, including attendee feedback and final budgets.
