Entry Level QC Chemist

Currently hiring a long term opening as a Entry Level QC Chemist in a Food Science Laboratory. This is in an entry-level role and will be analyzing samples including raw materials and finished products per cGMP requirements, participate in lab investigations, operate lab equipment, and participate in internal and external audits. An ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science degree and long term interest in a food science laboratory. The openings are on a 2-2-3 schedule working night shift. (6pm to 6am) Responsibilities:

Collect samples including raw materials, finished product, process equipment and environmental.

Test raw materials and finished products per cGMP requirements and participate in lab investigations

Operate lab equipment

Participate in internal/external quality audits

Maintain personal lab work area and assist with general lab cleaning participate in trainings

Additional Skills and Qualifications:

Must have a Bachelor of Science degree (Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, environmental science, forensic, etc.)
