• Manages the ERP and database applications. Is involved in the original design of the database system, and is responsible for its implementation, backup, recovery, and documentation.
• Training and user consultation.
• Solves computer problems and enables computer technology to meet the needs of the organization.
• Plans and designs new computer systems or devises ways to apply existing systems resources to additional operations.
• Analyzes user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or to improve existing computer system.
• Identifies solutions for obtaining accurate and meaningful data from the database system for analytical use.

• Bachelor’ s degree in IT or Computer Science related subject.
