Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Executive Assistant in Perrysburg, Ohio. The role will involve providing comprehensive administrative support in a dynamic real estate environment. You will be tasked with managing administrative duties, overseeing legal contracts, and maintaining a collaborative and supportive work environment. Responsibilities: Managing and overseeing administrative duties effectively and efficiently Reviewing, drafting, and overseeing legal contracts and other forms of legal documentation Utilizing software such as Concur, CRM, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, Microsoft Outlook, and About Time for various administrative tasks Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments Handling sensitive information with utmost integrity and discretion Collaborating with other team members to ensure a supportive and efficient work environment Assisting in the preparation of legal contracts, leveraging prior Paralegal experience Corresponding with clients and stakeholders in a professional manner Utilizing organizational skills to manage tasks and deadlines effectively Contributing to the team's success by undertaking additional tasks as required.Requirements Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role Proficiency in MS Office Suite (MS Excel, MS Outlook) Familiarity with Concur software for travel and expense management Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems Excellent calendar management skills, with an ability to coordinate complex executive meetings Experience in managing and drafting correspondence Understanding of C-suite level office management procedures Strong documentation and record keeping skills Familiarity with legal contracts and experience in working with ParaLegals Previous experience as a Litigation or Corporate ParaLegal would be beneficial Time management and organizational skills are essential Experience with "About Time" software would be a plus Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
