Exterior Painter

Large apartment complex is currently seeking an experienced exterior painter for employment in the Kettering/Centerville, OH area.

Must be able to work in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision.

Candidates must have prior experience in painting along with light carpentry experience and possess own tools, valid drivers license and reliable transportation.

This job includes work that requires being on a ladder.

This is a full time 1099 position
