Family Assistant

BACKGROUND:

We are a family of 6. Four adult kids, 2 dogs, a home and a small rental property. We're looking for genuine, hard-working professional with a care-taking attitude to help us 2 days per week.

Assistant experience not required. Just a responsible, dependable professional who cares, likes to help, will jump right in. Someone that can run errands, meet the plumber, take dogs to vet, etc. We're flexible with days and think this could be a great fit for the right person.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Dependable, responsible, and drama-free.

- Maturity and world-experience.

- Able to thrive in a changing environment.

- A reliable car is needed as there is a decent amount of driving required.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE:

- Computer and internet research skills.

- Communication and organization skills.

- Scheduling, calendar skills helpful.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Efficiently run errands - Kroger, Home Depot, taking dogs to vet.

- Coordinate small home projects - handymen, plumber, etc.

- Internet research on flights, travel arrangements, etc.

- Small amount of cleaning or clean-up - care, etc.

- Schedule appointments, make reservations.

HOURS AND PAY:

- 2 days per week x 8 hours per day = 16 hours per week.

- Approximately 20% remote.

- $30 per hour + $20 gas allowance = $500 per week.
