- Customer Point of Contact for all service requests.
- Schedule appropriate resources for the necessary field service calls and repairs.
- Issue quotes for parts, service and repair, and receive and enter customer PO's.
- Coordinate in house repairs for customer parts found inoperative.
- Coordinate with Project Management for installation and commissioning of equipment.
- Resolve customer conflicts and handle escalation procedures.
- Provide problem solving and troubleshooting for customer issues.
- Provide direction for field service technicians including scheduling, training, and communication.
- Summarize field service and repair activities to look for opportunities for improvement.
- 3+ years of customer and/or field service experience (time in the field a plus)
- Customer first attitude. Take care of the customer, and they will take care of us!
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Good blueprint reading skills, and general mechanical and electrical proficiency.
- Technical education a plus.
