Demonstrates knowledge of lease accounting internal offerings with a strong background in consulting, design, implementation and leading significant tracks on larger projects for clients.
Understands PwC sales cycle and ability to prioritize competing requests across Operations and BizDev needs.
Understands end to end lease management processes with relation to lease administration and lease accounting.
Collaborates with PwC System Support, Operational Leads and Member Firms to understand Client accounting policies and how to apply them to new leases and to new lease modifications.
Guides system support Member firm teams on managing lease inputs/outputs that impact accounting and communicate clearly between teams and Clients on required/missing data inputs and outputs from the lease systems.
Stays abreast of the latest advancements in lease accounting regulations and impacts to leasing system set up.
Understands Client close cycle due dates and have the able to clearly articulate issues that may arise to the PwC US Operations teams and PwC System Support teams that may impact those timelines.
Drives quick resolution of issues that may arise by recommending possible solutions and when to necessary to escalate to leadership.
Organizes and detailed oriented to manage multiple clients during competing delivery cycles.
