Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Financial Analyst in Carey, Ohio, United States. This role is in the manufacturing industry, and you will be responsible for conducting financial analysis, budgeting, and compliance with internal and external financial policies. Responsibilities: Conducting labor and overhead analysis to understand manufacturing costs and drivers. Monitoring and ensuring the timely booking of all labor and overhead costs. Contributing to the budgeting process and monitoring actual performance against the budget. Carrying out variance analysis between actual results and budget/forecast, identifying and explaining key drivers. Overseeing the non-production goods receipt process and providing support as needed. Supporting the CAPEX process and ensuring compliance with internal financial policies and external regulatory requirements. Analyzing and managing cost structures within manufacturing, including labor, material, and overhead costs. Using accounting software systems and data mining techniques to process and analyze financial data. Utilizing ADP - Financial Services and CRM for customer relationship management and financial services.
