First Shift Machine Assembler $19 To $23 An Hour

Machine AssemblerShift: 1st (6:00-4:30, Mon-Thurs)Starting Pay: $20 - $26Contract To HireMedina, OHAerotek is hiring a Machine Assembler in Medina, OH. Candidates w ill follow blueprints and schematics in order to build a wide range of capital equipment- ranging from pallet trucks, tractors and tow lifts, explosion proof lifts.Description:- Following a bill of materials, and blue prints (point to point prints).- Their product production time can range from 70 hours to 350 hours.- Will be building and assembling hydraulic lines/ systems- Install and troubleshooting internal lift truck components including switches, motors, controllers etc.- install parts onto bar chassis- Read electrical schematics and perform wiring- Read blueprints and diagrams- Candidate will most likely start off doing basic sub assemblies then move into more advanced assemblies once they prove their knowledge / abilityBenefits:- Medical, dental, vision, HSA- 4 day work week; Fridays are overtime.- Very clean/temperature controlled facility.- Very clean production facility, each department is broken up in sections and each person in the assembly department works in their own bay with their own tools.- Smaller family feel company (family owned)- 401k - 50% for every dollar up to 7%- CEO hosts quarterly lunches to get face time with employees, goes over company performance etc.- flex time/ overtimeQualifications:- Must have experience working off of blue prints and schematics.- Must have experience using hand and power tools.- Must have electrical wiring experience- Experience working with electrical, hydraulics, and pneumatic assembly is a plus- Must have a high school diploma / GEDAbout Aerotek:We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
