- Support and facilitate processes to maximize facility capacity.
- Keep team informed as to daily priorities and expectations.
- Ensure team has ample supplies and proper equipment to deliver timely and quality repairs.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure repairs meet/exceed standards.
- Manage all supplies and controlling waste while keeping sufficient stock.
- Communicate with manager as to any pertinent situation/opportunity and help create a plan to address.

- Work with manager to ensure proper staffing levels to meet customer demand.
- Facilitate new hire on-boarding to ensure smooth transition into the team and organization.
- Build effective customer relationships to maximize revenue, expand services and create a partnership.
- Proactively address quality, cycle time and/or other customer concerns.
- Promote DW's reconditioning services and people in a positive, professional manner.
- Provide repair estimates as requested.
- Administrative
- Prioritize, manage, and track vehicle workflow for location.
- Manage parts ordering and receipt and ensure actual parts are delivered.
- Ensure invoices tie to Repair/Work Orders and secure POs.
- Support supplies ordering and inventory maintenance.
- Quality check all finished repairs to ensure standards are met/exceeded.
- Outstanding communication skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent time-management skills.
- Paint, body shop, PDR or reconditioning skills a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to create and/or implement processes.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
