Flexographic Printing Press Operator - 2nd Shift

In this role, you will take ownership of your machinery, set up and run flexographic printing presses, and perform hands-on troubleshooting to ensure zero-defect production. If you are a mechanically inclined problem-solver who values quality, teamwork, and accountability, we want to connect with you!What You’ll DoMachine Operation & Setup: Prepare cylinders, mount plates, adjust ink fountains/rollers, and perform precise setups for high-quality production runs.Quality Assurance: Interpret order specifications and use overlay gauges or shop scales to maintain close tolerances and strict quality standards.Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Investigate equipment abnormalities down to the root cause and perform proactive preventative maintenance.Safety & SOP Adherence: Consistently follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ISO 9001 work instructions, and safety guidelines.Teamwork & Data Entry: Partner across departments to achieve site goals and accurately report finished production in plant software.
