Description We are offering an opportunity for a Front Desk Coordinator in the manufacturing industry at our location in New Albany, Ohio. This role involves handling the front desk operations, managing office supplies, coordinating with vendors, and providing general support to various departments.Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member. Welcome guests, notify staff about arrivals, and ensure a smooth visitor experience. Manage and distribute incoming mail and prepare shipping labels for outbound packages. Keep track of office supplies and equipment inventory, placing orders when necessary. Coordinate with vendors for repairs and installations, and maintain office equipment inventory. Draft and send communication to staff about building activities that may disrupt work. Oversee the general upkeep of the corporate facilities and ensure compliance with health and safety requirements. Organize and support VIP meetings and corporate events. Maintain building access system and coordinate with IT & HR for new hires and terminations. Assist in the management of the annual budget, working closely with the manager to forecast and make necessary adjustments. Provide general support to different departments as needed. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the Manufacturing industry Proficient in Corporate Recruiting and Full Cycle Recruiting Experience conducting new Employee Orientations Strong understanding of Employee Engagement and Employee Relations Knowledge of maintaining an Employee Handbook Capable of making informed Employment Decisions Experience with Employment Verifications Knowledge of Pre-employment Processes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to multitask and manage time efficiently High level of organizational skills Proficient in using computer software and systems relevant to the role Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times Excellent customer service skills Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
