Description We are seeking a Front Desk Coordinator for our financial services firm located in Highland Hills, Ohio. This role involves supervising the day-to-day operations of our business facility, including managing the front desk and ensuring a well-maintained environment. This is a short-term contract employment opportunity where you will engage with visitors, clients, and vendors while maintaining a high level of customer service. Responsibilities: Manage and maintain the front desk on a daily basis. Oversee the sign-in/out register, issuing ID badges for new hires, visitors, clients, vendors, etc. Escort all visitors, clients, vendors, etc., throughout the offices as needed. Handle facility needs such as ordering supplies and arranging for repairs. Organize, set-up, and clean-up lunch for analysts. Collect and sort all mail delivered at the office. Utilize Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word for administrative tasks. Use interpersonal skills to deliver excellent customer service and data entry tasks. Assist in maintaining an organized file system and order office supplies as needed.Requirements Possession of strong administrative assistance skills. Proficiency in answering multi-line phone systems. Experience in providing concierge services. Demonstrated customer service skills. Ability to perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency. Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication and relationship building. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word. Experience in organizing files and maintaining a structured filing system. Ability to order office supplies as needed. Previous experience in a Financial Services setting is preferable. High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in business or related field is beneficial. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable with technology and able to learn new systems quickly. Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
