We are a pet supply distributor seeking a reliable and motivated full-time office employee to join our team. This position is typically Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, though a 4-day workweek (M-TH) may be considered for the right candidate. No weekends or major holidays required.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers via phone and email in a friendly and professional manner
Process customer orders using our accounting software
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to email inquiries
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Friendly and professional demeanor for customer interactions
Proficiency with basic Microsoft Office applications
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Dependable and trustworthy
Compensation:
