Ground Works Land Design is seeking an experienced and skilled Lawn Maintenance Crew Member to join our team. This position focuses solely on maintaining client properties, ensuring the upkeep of lawns, landscapes, and outdoor spaces. As a key member of our team, you will support the Lawn Maintenance Foreman in providing exceptional landscape maintenance services.

Lawn Maintenance Crew Member → Maintenance Technician / Apprentice → Maintenance Foreman → Production Manager or Account Manager

Pay Range: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Duties/Responsibilities:

On-Call for snow removal during winter hours

Perform routine maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing of client properties

Maintain flower beds, shrubs, and trees through regular pruning and care

Operate various maintenance equipment and tools, such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and edging tools

Load and unload materials and supplies from trucks and trailers

Ensure quality of service is maintained with attention to detail in all work

Communicate effectively with Landscape Foreman and leadership to ensure smooth project execution

Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Experience:

1+ years of experience in landscape maintenance or related field

Able to work independently with limited supervision

Ability to communicate in both English and Spanish is a plus

High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills

Physical Requirements:

Able to lift more than 50 lbs.

Able to crouch, bend, climb stairs/ladders for extended periods

Able to stand for long periods

Ability to work outdoors and in noisy areas for extended periods
