Hardware Support

Description We are offering a short term contract opportunity for a Hardware Support role based in Akron, Ohio. This role is primarily focused on providing technical support for hardware-related issues on-site. The chosen candidate will operate in an industry that requires expertise in Computer Hardware, Firmware, Mac Computers, and Apple Devices. Responsibilities: Troubleshooting and resolving hardware-related issues, including working with firmware and Mac systems. Pairing devices such as Ray band glasses with iPads, ensuring seamless connectivity and user experience. Performing regular firmware upgrades to enhance hardware performance and functionality. Installing and managing cable connections for hardware devices to ensure optimal operation. Maintaining a detailed record of all hardware issues and resolutions, contributing to the knowledge base. Ensuring all customer inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively. Monitoring the performance of Mac OS and implementing necessary updates or fixes. Leveraging expertise in Active Directory for managing and providing access to network resources. Maintaining a high level of detail orientation to ensure the accuracy and quality of hardware support provided. Keeping up with the latest trends and developments in Computer Hardware to provide up-to-date support to customers.
