GoAhead Solutions has a great opportunity in Columbus, OH (Remote) for a Healthcare IT Project Manager. This would be a Twelve month contract to start out. Job Description:Currently seeking an Agile and Waterfall IT Delivery Lead within the Informatics department located in our Jefferson facility. This Delivery Lead will work independently within guidelines, be responsible for initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing application and system implementation projects using a formal project management process. Work will consist of a mix of complex and medium sized projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:-Create and maintain detailed work plan and schedule for agile and / or waterfall projects.-Coordinate with resource managers to ensure the teams have provided the appropriate resources with available capacity to perform the work expected for the project.-Track all project financials (budget, actuals, forecast, earned value).-Track, manage and escalate all risks, actions/changes, issues and decisions in appropriate project logs.-Facilitate all project change requests and coordinate approvals.-Coordinate and participate in all project related meetings.-Prepare and communicate weekly detailed project status.-Adhere to project governance policies, procedures, and methodologies.-Responsible for ensuring all project artifacts/deliverables/approvals are obtained and stored in the project documentation repository within defined project deadlines.

Top Three Required Skills /Experience:-Strong Agile Project Management skills. Excellent analytical, logical reasoning, organizational, verbal and written communication skills and attention to details a must. Must be able to exhibit in relation to data integration and management.-3-5 years experience with, Data Integration and Management solutions.-Excellent consultative skills and must demonstrate ability to understand business needs, identify solutions based on those needs and build relationship with business partners and IT team. Self-starter and independent. Willing to do what it takes.

Required Skills/Experience:-Proven experience managing projects at various levels of complexity using different project management methodologies -Excellent analytical, logical reasoning, organizational, verbal and written communication skills and attention to details a must. Must be able to exhibit in relation to data integration and management-Must demonstrate ability to understand business needs, identify solutions based on those needs and build relationship with business partners and IT team.-Experience leading a matrix project team to define, establish, and ensure completion of all program milestones while adhering to timelines and budgets-Prior experience with data movement and integration or BI solutions-Experience in creating and managing detailed project plans for small to high complexity projects -Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements

Preferred Skills/Experience:- Must have Prior experience in healthcare payer industry( Aetna, BCBS, Cigna would be preferred).-Distributed application development experience.-System Analysis experience preferred.-MS Project or similar project management tools, MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Visio.-JiraEducation/Certifications:-Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred.-Minimum five (3) years experience in a delivery and consulting role leading data movement and integration related initiatives (system integration, data warehouse build, data mart build, or similar) is required.-PMP certification is required.
