o Clean shop area
o Assist in repairs
o Maintenance and repair equipment beyond an entry level
o Remove and replace broken/warn equipment
o Less than 3 years of experience
Mechanic II
o Analyze and troubleshoot requests
o Maintenance and repair equipment at a more advance level
o Gain confidence in serving vehicles and equipment
o Less than 5 years of experience
o Have a solid ability to diagnose concerns/issues without much guidance
o Strong knowledge and understanding of equipment and electronic controls
Mechanic III
o Able to diagnose all concerns/issues
o Understanding and have extensive knowledge of service on vehicles and equipment
o More than 7 years of experience
