Help Clients Find Their Next Home! Hiring a Property Showings Agent!

We’re a local property management company looking for a reliable and responsible person to help with property showings a few times a week. This is a 1099 independent contractor position — perfect for someone who wants flexible, part-time work and enjoys working on their own!

What You’ll Do

-Show rental homes to potential tenants (you’ll get a schedule ahead of time)

-Be on time and professional during every showing

-Communicate well with both our team and the people you meet

-Take photos and notes about the property and how the showing went

-Keep things tidy if needed — light cleaning like sweeping, dusting, or mopping before showings

-Place flyers or yard signs at properties when needed

-Change locks if required (must know how to use a drill)

What We’re Looking For

-Someone who’s responsible, on time, and dependable

-Good communication skills

-Able to work independently and follow instructions

-Has a reliable car and smartphone for photos and updates

-Basic tools and cleaning supplies (drill, broom, mop, etc.)

-Available 2–3 days a week between 3–8 PM and Saturdays for a few hours

Pay & Schedule

-$25 per showing

-Flexible hours – you choose your availability

-1099 contractor position (not W-2)
