Required expertise includes:

3+ years of End User Computing / Technical Support
Windows 10 and higher desktop / laptop support
Experience supporting and administering MS Office / O365
Experience with Intune for device management desired
Basic networking / connectivity troubleshooting experience along with security awareness (VPN, MFA, etc.)
Experience supporting mobile devices
