Helpdesk Support Technician

DescriptionTEKsystems client is looking to bring on a helpdesk technician to assist with their ticket queue. They will have user coming back in office and a large spike in ticket volume due to this return. They use Team Dynamix as their ticketing system, supporting hardware and software for the end users. This team is the 1st line of defense for all technical issues. They can escalate to different teams as necessary, but expected to handle incoming calls for hardware issues, software issues, connectivity issues and access issues.SkillsHelp desk support, Troubleshooting, Windows 10, Team Dynamix, MAC OS, Hardware, Phone support, Service desk, Ticketing systemAdditional Skills & QualificationsCan have flexibility to work from home in a hybrid capacity after getting trained and acclimated to the environment and processes.Looking for someone who has supported an enterprise helpdeskExperience LevelIntermediate LevelPay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
