Here’s what you’ll do:Our client located in Columbus, Ohio is seeking the services of an IT Service Desk technician for a contract engagement. This resource will support internal employees across core IT areas, over the phone, by email, and in person.If interested please contact Nate at

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:- Provide desktop, laptop and printer support- Identify, research, troubleshoot and resolve IT related problems- Utilize tracking and monitoring tools and support documentation to ensure timely resolution- Document Issues and resolution

Requirements:- Excellent written and verbal communication- 3 years experience in a Help Desk Level 1 or Level 2 roles- 2-5 years experience with Microsoft Windows 7 and Windows 10- Working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory- Experience with remote/VPN technologies - Experience with effective troubleshooting, resolving, and documentation- CompTIA A+ certification preferredThe Vernovis Difference:
