Hiring for subfloor repair

Looking for someone that has some framing experience. We go into homes and level subfloors and we cut out areas if damaged by water that is rotten. I will train how we do the repairs but must have some experience with basic tools for framing work. Send details of experience when applying. Pay will increase with good skills and work.
