Horticulture Team Members

Green Living by Design is looking to expand our Horticulture teams. The horticulture teams need to have plant knowledge and plant experience. These team members need to be able to identify both good plants and weeds. Horticulture team members need to have pruning experience. This is a full time position Monday-Friday from 7:30am-4pm. Horticulture team members work at residential client's homes performing routine bed maintenance. This includes hand pulling weeds, dead heading perennials, pruning shrubs and small ornamental trees, watering plants in the warm weather months, sometimes includes light planting and seasonal plant displays, organic treatments, mulching, and edging. We are a round up free company and use mostly organic products to treat pest problems and to fertilize when needed. Must have a good driving record and valid driver's license to apply. Eligible for 10 days of PTO, 8 paid holidays, health insurance, and boot reimbursement program after 90 days.
