Hotel Front Desk & Housekeeping staff

Front Desk Clerk – Afternoon Shift (3 PM – 11 PM) and Houskeepers ( 9.30am till 3 pm )

Location: Quality Inn & Suites, 9988 Market St, North Lima, OH

We are currently seeking a friendly, reliable, and professional Front Desk Clerk to join our team for the afternoon shift (3:00 PM to 11:00 PM) at least 4 days per week and Houskeepers ( 9.30am till 3 pm ) weekend must.

Responsibilities include:

Greeting guests and assisting with check-in and check-out

Managing reservations and handling guest inquiries

Providing exceptional customer service throughout the guest’s stay

Communicating effectively with housekeeping and maintenance teams

Additional duties to be discussed during the interview

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous hotel front desk or hospitality experience is a plus

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Job Types: Full-time or Part-time

Pay: $12.50 – $14.50 per hour (based on experience)
