Work Includes:

Flooring (install/replace)

Painting & drywall repair

Kitchen & bathroom updates

Doors, trim, fixtures

Basic plumbing & electrical

Details:

We provide the house and materials.

You handle labor and project management.

Payment structure: milestone-based.

Ongoing pipeline of work — steady projects available.

Requirements:

Prior experience with full rehabs or major remodels.

Ability to work independently and finish work quick.

References or photos of past work.
