Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientation programs
Manage the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees
Provide necessary training and support to new hires
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits- Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits and assist with problem resolution
Coordinate benefits enrollment processes and ensure timely completion
Assist employees with selecting appropriate benefit options
Assess employee performance and appraises their pay scale accordingly
Preserve physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits and attendance records
-Manage leave of absence requests, including FMLA, STD, LTD, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and company policies-Assist with creating and or updating employee handbook/policies and procedures Requirements Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree preferred, Associate's Degree required
PHR and or SPHR certification a plus!
3+ years related HR experience
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
Familiarity with FMLA, STD/LTD, and workers' compensation processes
ADP workforce experience a plus, not required
