Description We are seeking an HR Generalist for our team located in Findlay, Ohio. This role is central to the effective functioning of our HR department, covering a broad range of HR functions such as administrative duties, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws. Responsibilities: Serve as the main point of contact for employee inquiries, providing necessary guidance and addressing concerns effectively. Foster a positive work environment to ensure high levels of employee engagement and satisfaction. Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies. Support the development and execution of employee training programs. Ensure all HR policies and procedures are effectively communicated to and adhered by all employees. Assist in payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely administration. Participate in HR team meetings, contributing to the development of overall HR strategy. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to address staffing needs efficiently. Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all employee data and HR documentation. Requirements Position requires a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role as an HR Generalist Proficiency in Employee Relations is a must Expertise in creating and implementing HR Policies Experience in ensuring HR Compliance within the organization Proven track record in Training & Development initiatives Proficiency in managing Multistate Payroll is needed Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in Paycor HRIS and other HR related software Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality Knowledge of current employment laws and regulations.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
