Description We are looking for a skilled HR Generalist to join our team in Cleveland, Ohio. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions including employee relations, compliance, and benefits, utilizing various HR systems such as ADP and Ceridian.Responsibilities: Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations when necessary. Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements. Administer various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel. Maintain a thorough understanding of ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now. Utilize ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode for efficient task management. Work closely with Ceridian and Dayforce for payroll and benefits administration. Oversee benefit functions including, but not limited to, health, dental, disability, and retirement plans. Develop and maintain excellent communication within the team and across the company. Administer FMLA and other leave programs as needed. Continually update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.Requirements Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now Understanding and experience with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode Familiarity with Ceridian and Dayforce software Experience in managing Benefit Functions within an organization Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal Knowledge and experience in maintaining Compliance with HR laws and regulations Proven ability in managing Employee Relations Understanding and experience in handling Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) matters Ability to work collaboratively in a team, as well as independently Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously Problem-solving abilities, with a knack for developing creative solutions Strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity Strong interpersonal skills for building and nurturing relationships with employees Resilience and ability to work in a complex and changing environment A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred Relevant certification in Human Resources (such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
