Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an HR Generalist in the service industry, located in WESTLAKE, Ohio, 44145-1502, United States. As an HR Generalist, you will be involved in a variety of human resources functions such as processing onboarding procedures, updating employee files, and managing employee relations. This is an exciting direct hire position with standard business hours. It is an onsite position. They are ideally looking for someone with strong 3+ years of Human Resources experience. Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company Regularly update and maintain employee records in line with company policy and regulatory requirements Actively engage in employee relations, fostering a positive work environment and addressing any issues or conflicts that may arise Use Dayforce software for various HR functions and processes Oversee and manage benefit functions, ensuring all employees receive their entitled benefits Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in all HR practices Utilize skills in conflict resolution and negotiation to handle and resolve employee issues and disputes.
