Driving and supporting the development of the Human Resources team
Supporting, coaching and counseling operating managers / salaried employees
Guiding and influencing Operating Committee on people issues including the annual people cycle plan
Leading / Supporting the implementation of Ford Production System (FPS) to drive standardized processes and procedures
Managing Union/labor relations and hourly personnel administration
Partnering on UAW contract negotiations and administration
Driving organization and personnel planning
Administering all salaried personnel matters
Interfacing with personnel relations / EEOC
Recruiting and hiring
Supporting Health and Safety, Training, Medical and Workers' compensation
Monitoring communications (hourly and salaried)
Participating and driving community initiatives and relations
Serving as an interface for local government as required
Administering the grievance process
Qualifications:
Bachelor's required, Master's preferred
8+ years of HR or Employee Relations experience in salaried processes including, but not limited to compensation planning, personnel relations, performance management, employee coaching/counseling, employee engagement, employee development, organization development and workforce planning
2+ years of People Management experience
Other Skills and Abilities:
Presence to successfully represent Ford Motor Company and interface with government agencies and other external organizations
Demonstrated experience with delivering HR process improvement actions.
Ability to guide and influence all levels
Demonstrated conflict management skills
Strong analytical, problem solving, and organization skills
Ability to work closely and successfully with others in order to deliver results Depth and knowledge of Ford labor relations practices, including but not limited to grievance administration, negotiations, union relations.
Confident communication skills (written and verbal)

Demonstrated ability to lead, empower and develop employees
Previous manufacturing plant experience
Systemic thinking and strategic planning skills
HR Business Partner experience including project management, change management and/or organizational development
Knowledge and background in Change Management
Successful candidate should be able to demonstrate leadership in behaviors combined with Outstanding interpersonal, teambuilding, and communication skills
Self-starter with multitasking experience within a fluid, dynamic environment, including ability to manage time and resources.
