Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Recruiter to join our team in BEACHWOOD, Ohio. In this role, you will primarily support various recruitment processes such as candidate sourcing, tracking lead applications, and expediting processes. You will work closely with our hiring center manager and supervisors, and partner recruiters. Responsibilities: Support processes around candidate sourcing and application tracking Utilize company and external resume databases for sourcing candidates Contact candidates via phone and email to inform them of the position and conduct brief phone screenings Ensure candidates formally apply to the job openings Assist with application screening Work closely with the hiring center manager and supervisors, as well as partner recruiters and hiring specialists Use technology proficiently to capture candidate information via phone while managing multiple screen computer applications Post jobs and handle the full cycle of recruiting Use Salesforce Platform and Applicant Track System effectively for recruitment purposes Conduct background checks and resume screening.Requirements Proficiency in Full Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring Experience with Posting Jobs on various platforms to attract top talent Knowledge of Job Postings and ability to create compelling job descriptions Familiarity with Salesforce Platform, including its recruitment and hiring modules Must be able to utilize Applicant Track Systems effectively Strong skills in Applicant Screening and Resume Screening to identify ideal candidates Experience in Recruitment - Sourcing techniques Ability to Conduct Phone Screens to assess candidate suitability Familiarity with conducting Background Checks in accordance with legal and company guidelines Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, for communication and data managementRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
