Description We are seeking a diligent HR Recruiter to join our team located in Columbus, Ohio. In this role, you will be tasked with sourcing and assessing candidates with experience in driving roles, maintaining consistent communication with operating companies, and managing calls about the driver pipeline. This role also involves training processors, handling recruiting calls, and ensuring applicants meet Safety Risk Management criteria. This role offers a permanent employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Source and assess candidates with experience in driving roles Establish and maintain communication with operating companies regarding open positions Conduct regular calls with operating companies to discuss the driver pipeline and address any issues that may arise Train processors and invest time in developing their skills as integral members of our team Handle both outbound and inbound recruiting calls Recruit and process applicants from initial contact to Pending Approval by Safety Risk Management Keep track of and update all applicant information in Tenstreet platform Verify applicants' previous driving experience as part of the driver assessment process Ensure the quality of applicant files to minimize the time safety spends reviewing applications Efficiently manage time to handle incoming recruiting calls and applicants in Tenstreet Attend monthly training seminars as chosen by you or by the Recruiting Manager for the team Requirements 2 years or more experience in driver recruiting.Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience. Experience using Tenstreet platform. Proficient in DOT and FMCSA Regulations.Strong communication skills.
