HVAC Foreman

Job Title: HVAC ForemanJob DescriptionAs an HVAC Foreman, you will lead a crew of 2-5 technicians, performing some hands-on work while overseeing daily operations. Your responsibilities will include traveling to service calls within a 1-hour radius around North Canton, OH. You will troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial and residential HVAC systems, conduct customer consultations, and determine solution methods tailored to customer needs. You will also manage an accurate inventory of all equipment, tools, and HVAC resources.Hard Skills
