Industrial Engineer

Developing labor standards and coordinating labor changes with tooling, materials, production, and training requirements. Developing and implementing labor changes. The successful engineer will be able to interact with multiple functional groups (supervision, Materials, Maintenance, Plant Engineering, Product Engineering) to implement change.  Able to work with Production and union personnel with high sensitivity. Performing basic tasks (Ex: adding new strap locks).
